Shipping & Returns

Every VT Bags item is carefully handcrafted, individually inspected, and securely packaged before shipment. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and a tracking number is provided as soon as your package is dispatched.

Because each piece is handmade, slight variations in color, texture, and finish are part of its unique character and are not considered defects.

If your order arrives damaged or with a verified manufacturing defect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery (within 24 hours for shipping damage) and include your order number along with clear photographs. Returns require prior approval and items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has passed our quality inspection. Please note that return shipping costs, customs duties, and import taxes (where applicable) are the customer's responsibility.
